Once we have received all of the requested information, we will confirm availability of the item(s) ordered and email you your invoice which includes our banking details
We accept the following payment methods:
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Availability can only be guaranteed for a period of 3 days on imported items, therefore payment must be received within 3 days of the invoice being issued unless otherwise pre-arranged.
Orders will not be processed until the full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
Payments may take between 1 – 3 working days to clear, depending on the bank.
LAY-BY PAYMENT OPTION
We know how irresistible jewellery can be and with our interest free lay-by facility, you can own your own jewellery in just a few months.
LAY-BY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The instalment period may not exceed 3 months
- A deposit of 25% is required upfront
- Thereafter the purchaser is to pay the balance in the form of 3 monthly instalments, commencing in the month that the deposit was paid
- An additional R180.00 (courier fee) will be added to the total purchase amount, which is payable with the final instalment
- Defaulting on an instalment would result in the order being cancelled and the forfeiture of all monies paid

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers are e-mailed or whatsapp’d their waybill or tracking number once their order has been couriered or mailed.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
We will not be held responsible for any delay that arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
You are welcome to collect your parcel or send your own preferred courier to collect your parcel from our office in Ruwari, Brackenfell, Cape Town. Our offices hours are Monday to Friday 09H00 – 17H00
